Oxford Marketplace is Auburn Ventures’s first foray into the state of Mississippi and also another prime example of our strategy in identifying prime properties located in recession resistant college driven markets. This shopping center is anchored by the only Walmart in the city of Oxford, as well as being located on Jackson Avenue, the main thoroughfare connecting Highway 6 with the campus of the University of Mississippi and the historic Oxford Square.
